The new, state-of-the-art, Agua Nueva Water Reclamation Facility in Tucson, Arizona features an Administration Building directly adjacent to a Maintenance Building, creating a need for sheltered paths.

"Heron's Landing" is a composition of fabric canopies that provides a dynamic counterpoint to the architectural massing and materials of the buildings, while casting shade in strategic locations, including a cafeteria patio.

Dramatically tilted, tapered, and buttressed steel supports were designed to enhance the sculptural quality of the space.
